Technical customer support for software products

Alumnus deployed a Technical Forum for a leading Japan-based electronic components manufacturer. It was built on top of the client’s existing CRM platform and achieved easier integration with other components.

It went through multiple iterations –– development sandboxes, testing sandboxes, staging and deployment. Hundreds of test cases were identified and performed on every iteration to test features, compatibility and stability.

Before the forum was formally launched, Alumnus created and populated over 300 discussion threads, wrote and posted comprehensive FAQs, Blogs and Help articles and created documents for getting started, guidelines and internal training.

Active forum management is currently being performed on a daily basis by the Alumnus team to handle registrations, review pending items, tag management on key issues raised, etc.
