At Alumnus, we believe a good leader admires the strengths people bring and respects them as individuals, alongside their imperfections. For 25 years, our core beliefs about leadership have remained unchanged.
Many who began their careers with us have stayed for most of this journey, and we believe our leadership philosophy has played a part in that. Our values help us build long-term relationships with clients as we deliver high-quality software solutions.
As the next generation steps into leadership roles, we are fortunate that they continue to see the workplace as part of life itself.

Soumyadipta De

Knowledgeable, approachable, helpful and once our most prolific contributor to public forums. 20+ years at Alumnus.
Soumyadipta leads by example and many a freshman has acknowledged his debt. A solutions architect, devoted to building business applications he can take ideas from whiteboard to production. Currently, he works on enterprise mobility, handling multiple different tasks.
Samba (the name he goes by) has frequently been recognised by his customers and by Alumnus.
Away from work, he's an avid trekker, photographer, and cook.

Alumnus is led by its founder and CEO, Arindam Mukherjee, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Over the years, he has built several of the company’s largest client relationships and takes pride in fostering a culture where engineering excellence and deep problem-solving define how Alumnus works.
