A leading Mobile Device company lacked real-time visibility to data on devices managed on behalf of their clients. This lack of Data on the location, utilisation and battery statistics created customer satisfaction issues around inaccurate invoicing and inability to meet device uptime commitments.
A solution was architected, implemented and deployed by Alumnus to collect real-time device status data from all Devices and transfer it reliably and securely into an application on the Amazon cloud. This data was then aggregated and analyzed to provide reports and intuitive device-status dashboards to their clients.
This enabled tracking of Device utilization analytics which enhanced Device Control and reduced the cost of meeting committed Device uptimes.
