Our first client, a global enterprise, owns a large, proprietary knowledge repository that serves as an important resource for its employees. However, navigating for specific information within this vast information landscape is time-consuming, and will take anywhere up to double-digit minutes. In executive-hour cost, traditional search is expensive. Project Seek-R will cut the cost of searching significantly. This is a highly optimized, local solution given the documents are proprietary and any access to the internet of the repository is not allowed.
Given the sensitive nature of the knowledge base, the system is engineered to run entirely on – premise, ensuring full data security and compliance. Deployed at the Edge, the solution is currently delivering around 80% first-time-right results.
Key Features of the Conversational Search
To enhance the efficiency of the search process, we additionally develop specialized keyword repositories tailored to the domain. These repositories are synthesized independently, avoiding the need for labor-intensive, highly human-dependent curation, that would require significant time and effort. We capture user feedback and leverage human-validated tokens for continuous improvement in first-time-right performance.
