Alumnus started its dedicated Telecom Practice recently. However, over the years, Alumnus has achieved great success in delivering several projects to different Telecom companies, operators, device manufacturers and product vendors. And has garnered excellent experience in Telecom/ Datacom software development.

The experience encompasses applications and OSs for handsets, to Test tools and Services to Telecom Product companies and Operators. Based on the experience gained and opportunities offered by this market, it is decided to bring all these operations under one umbrella.

	Alumnus has proven expertise in designing solutions for wireless and wire line.
	Our Telecom service offers a wide range of solutions that encompass strategic business and technology consultancy, systems integration for enterprises, operations, and business and network support systems.
	We tender application design and development, and business process outsourcing, thereby contributing to our customers' growth strategies.
	As implementation partners to product vendors we implement their solutions at site. To help in this a dedicated laboratory with sun servers and SS7 cards has been developed.
	In the devices space we have extensive experiences in developing applications for Smart Phones, porting of operating systems to new platforms, development of device drivers, etc.

We are a development partner with TI for applications on OMAP and have extensive experience in this area
